These Terms of Service (ToS) govern the use of the MYEVENTSPACE platform. By registering an account and utilizing our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
MYEVENTSPACE provides a specialized network for the live music and event industry, supporting various user roles with dedicated functional modules:
MYEVENTSPACE solely provides the technical infrastructure and networking modules. At no point do we become a contractual party, employer, broker, or authorized agent of agreements made between users.
We do not charge any booking commissions, brokerage fees, or percentage cuts on agreed artist fees, ticket sales, rental contracts, or service agreements initiated or concluded between parties via the platform.
Venues and bookers can post dates and live performance slots ("Gigs"). Registered artists can apply directly to these opportunities using their profile and EPK.
Service providers and technicians can list their qualifications, service portfolios, and availability in the service directory.
Artists provide biographies, high-resolution press photos, reviews, stage plots, and technical riders within their Electronic Press Kit (EPK).
Dates and concerts published in the event calendar are managed independently by the respective account owners. MYEVENTSPACE is neither the event organizer nor the ticket seller.
We assume no liability for event execution, admission policies, age restrictions, safety concepts, or ticket prices on linked third-party ticketing platforms.
The notice board serves exclusively for industry-related listings (e.g., musician searches, gear sales, rehearsal spaces, touring crew).
Commercial spam, off-topic postings, illegal goods, or deceptive listings are strictly prohibited. Listings have a limited validity and are purged automatically upon expiration including attachments.
Users can leave reviews and testimonials and communicate via the integrated messaging system.
Each user is solely and fully responsible for all content uploaded or embedded by them (photos, band logos, audio tracks, technical riders, stage plots, press releases, video links).
The user warrants that they hold all required copyrights, ancillary copyrights, trademark rights, and personality rights for the uploaded materials. The user fully indemnifies and holds MYEVENTSPACE and its operator harmless against any third-party claims.
Legal note on disclosure: In cases of substantiated legal infringements or official court orders, we reserve the right to provide legally required disclosures to rights holders or authorities.
MYEVENTSPACE assumes no warranty or liability for the accuracy, timeliness, completeness, or authenticity of profile information provided by users (such as sound gear, venue specs, contact details, or booking commitments).
We strive for uninterrupted platform uptime, but assume no liability for technical failures, scheduled maintenance, transmission delays, or data loss caused by force majeure.
Basic membership is indefinite. Users can delete their account and associated profiles at any time via account settings or submit a deletion request.
In the event of severe violations of these ToS, codes of conduct, or statutory regulations, the operator reserves the right to suspend or irrevocably terminate user accounts and related content.
We reserve the right to amend these ToS as necessary to reflect legal updates, new user roles, feature modules, or platform enhancements.
Continued use of the platform following the effective date of updated terms constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
All legal relationships between users and the operator of MYEVENTSPACE are governed exclusively by Austrian law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) and conflict-of-law rules.
The court with subject-matter and local jurisdiction for 9061 Reifnitz am Wörthersee (Austria) is agreed upon as the exclusive venue of jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection regulations dictate otherwise.
Should individual provisions of these ToS be or become invalid in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected (Severability Clause).
